What exactly is AudEx?
AudEx stands for Audit Excellence. It's a mobile-first web app by Mr. H Digital for structured housekeeping audits. It brings together checklists, notes, photo evidence, weighted scoring, analytics and PDF reports for environments such as clinics, hospitals and retirement villages.
Do I need to download an app?
AudEx runs in a web browser. It's also an installable progressive web app (PWA), so supported devices can add it to the home screen. Load it online first to cache the app before working offline. Installation options vary by browser and device.
What happens when there's no internet?
You can continue an audit and keep drafts on the device. With a configured account and server connection, finalised audits can sync when connectivity returns. Drafts stay on the device where they were started. Browser storage is not a backup: don't clear it before unsent work has synced or been exported.
Can I use AudEx across my devices?
With a connected account, finalised audits, sites and training records can sync across devices signed in to that account. Drafts remain device-local, and there is no inter-account sharing. A rollout should include the required server, account and photo-storage configuration.
Can I share the findings?
Yes. AudEx generates PDF reports on your device, including audit details and captured photos. For offline reports, remote images must have been downloaded while online. Missing uncached photos are flagged rather than silently omitted.
Does an AudEx score certify regulatory compliance?
No. AudEx helps you record and assess housekeeping against its configured checklist and scoring rules. It is not a regulatory certification or a substitute for clinical, infection-control or legal judgement. Discuss the checklist's suitability for your setting before rollout.
How do pricing and onboarding work?
